Overview

A teamspace groups the people and the ad accounts that belong to one client, one brand or one market. Share the ad accounts once, and everyone in the teamspace gets access and a home with its own scoreboard. Members added later inherit the same access.

How it works

1

Create the teamspace

A workspace Owner or Admin creates it and gives it a name.
2

Grant ad account access

Pick the ad accounts the teamspace can use, and whether members can view or change them.
3

Add members

Add people from your workspace. They inherit the teamspace’s access.
4

Work from the teamspace

Members open the teamspace from the left menu and see only its ad accounts.

Use it

Create a teamspace

  1. Open Settings and select Teams.
  2. Select Create team.
  3. Enter a Team name and an optional Description.
  4. Select Create team.
You can also select New teamspace on the Teamspaces page.

Grant ad account access

Open the team in Settings, Teams and go to Access. Set what every member can do, then select Save access. The access applies to members added later too.

Add members

In the team’s Members section, pick people in Members and select Add to team. Only existing workspace members can be added. To bring someone new into the workspace first, see Invite members.

Make someone a team owner

Each member has a Role: Owner can add and remove members, set ad account access, rename the team and appoint other owners. Member inherits the team’s access and cannot manage the team.

Use the teamspace page

The teamspace page has the tabs Apply now, Pulses, Ad accounts, Platforms, Targets and Senses, scoped to its ad accounts. Managers can select Invite member and Manage teamspace from the page menu.

Pin a teamspace

Select Pin to my workflow to keep the teamspace in your left menu.

Duplicate or delete a team

In the team settings, Identity has Duplicate team. Danger zone has Delete team.
