Overview

Connectors link Epsilo to the tools your team already reads. Once an app is connected, you can pick it under Send via when you put an artifact on a schedule, and as a channel when you set an alert. Each person connects their own apps.

How it works

1

You connect an app

Select Connect now on the app and approve access in its own sign-in.
2

It shows under Enabled

Connected apps move to the Enabled section, with the account and when you connected it.
3

You pick it where you send

Schedules and alerts list your connected apps as channels.

Use it

Connect an app

  1. Open the workspace menu at the top of the left menu, select Settings, then Connectors.
  2. Select Connect now on the app.
  3. Approve access in the app. You see “Integration connected successfully!”

What each app does

  • Slack: send scheduled artifacts and alerts to Slack.
  • Gmail: send scheduled artifacts by email. Emails go out from the Gmail address you connect.
  • Google Drive: write scheduled artifacts into a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Pick Append or Overwrite.
  • Discord: send scheduled artifacts to Discord servers and channels.
  • Google Chat: send reports and alerts to Google Chat spaces. Beta.
  • Lark: send reports and alerts to your Lark groups through the Epsilo bot. Beta.
  • Notion: send scheduled artifacts to Notion. Connect it from the schedule itself: choose Notion under Send via, select Connect now, then paste your Notion internal integration token. Beta.

Connect from a schedule

When you schedule an artifact, an app you have not connected shows Not connected under Send via, with Connect now next to it. Connect it there without leaving the schedule.

Disconnect an app

Under Enabled, open the menu on the app and select Disconnect. Confirm in Disconnect Integration.
