Find it in every screen’s “Updated” stamp, and Settings > Access for who can push changes. Last updated 9 Oct 2026.
Overview
Epsilo pulls campaigns and performance from each connected ad account, and sends the changes you make back to the network. Every screen shows when its numbers last updated, so you always know how fresh they are.How it works
1
First import
After you connect, recent campaigns arrive first and performance follows. Epsilo imports up to 6 months of history for each ad account.
2
Ongoing sync
Epsilo keeps pulling new data in the background. Home checks for fresh numbers about once a minute while the tab is open.
3
Your changes go out
Budget, status and bid changes you make in Epsilo are sent to the network, for every ad account set to Operate.
Use it
Check how fresh a number is
Look for the stamp, for example “Updated 2m ago”. On Home, select Refresh now to check again. Emailed reports carry “Data as of” with the date.Follow a first import
While an ad account imports, Home and Inbox show its progress, for example “syncing performance” or “first data in about 2 hours”. The import keeps running when you leave the page.Stop Epsilo from pushing changes to an ad account
Owners can set an ad account to view only:- Open Settings > Access.
- On the ad account, open the menu and select Switch to View.
- Confirm. Epsilo stops pushing campaign changes to the network for this ad account.
