Overview

Epsilo has one sign-in page for the web and the iPhone app. Sign in with Google or with your work email. New to Epsilo? Start at one.epsilo.ai/signup.

How it works

Open Epsilo

Go to one.epsilo.ai. Epsilo sends you to its sign-in page.

Choose how to sign in

Continue with Google, or enter your email and password.

Land in your workspace

Epsilo opens the workspace you used last, or asks you to create or join one.

Use it

Sign in with an invitation

Open the link in your invitation email. The page reads “You’ve been invited to” your teammate’s workspace. Select Log in to accept, or Create an account if you are new, then Accept invite. Use the same email address your teammate invited.

Reset your password

If you sign in with email and password, open the workspace menu at the top of the left menu, select Settings, then Preferences. Under Password, select Send reset link. Epsilo emails you a secure link to set a new password.

FAQ

You may be signed in with a different email than the one you were invited with. Sign out and sign in with the invited email. Still stuck? Email support@epsilo.io.
Epsilo shows Check your inbox. with the address it sent the link to. Check spam, then sign in again to get a new link. Verification links work for 24 hours.
