Overview

Settings holds your own preferences and the workspace’s setup in one place. The sidebar has three groups: Personal, Operations and Administration. What you see depends on your role.

How it works

1

Personal

Preferences, Notifications and Connectors. These apply to you.
2

Operations

Ad accounts and Agents. What your workspace runs on.
3

Administration

Workspace, Members, Teams, Access, Products, API keys and API docs. Who is in the workspace and what they can reach.

Use it

Rename the workspace or change its icon

  1. Open Settings > Workspace.
  2. Edit Name, or select the icon to replace it. A 256×256 px image works best.
Owners and admins can edit both.

Let teammates on your email domain find the workspace

Owners can add Allowed email domains, for example acme.com, and select Add. People with that email domain join without approval when they request to join. Turn on Allow my workspace to appear in domain-based discovery so they can find it. Public mailbox domains such as gmail cannot be claimed.

Copy the workspace ID

Under Workspace ID, select Copy Workspace ID. Use it when you contact support or call the API.

Leave a workspace

At the bottom of Workspace, select Leave workspace and confirm. You lose access to the workspace and all of its content.

Set your preferences

In Preferences, set your Full name and Profile photo, the Interface theme, Font size and Chart color palette. Change the interface language from the help menu at the bottom of the left menu, under Language.

Choose what Epsilo emails you

In Notifications, turn Email topics on or off: Activity in your workspace, Page updates, Workspace digest and Announcements and update emails.

Manage agents

In Agents, see the named bundles of automations you assign work to from the Automations page.

FAQ

Tabs depend on your role. API keys is for owners and admins. Teams is for owners, admins and team leads. See Members and roles.
The owner can select Delete workspace at the bottom of Workspace and type the workspace name to confirm. It is removed for everyone.
