Overview
TikTok Shop has two kinds of access: Ads for campaigns and performance, and Commerce for products, orders and P&L. You authorize each one on TikTok. TikTok Shop is a separate network from TikTok Ads.How it works

You pick the access
In the connect list, TikTok Shop shows one row per kind of access.

You approve on TikTok
Sign in on TikTok with the account that owns the shop and approve access.

Epsilo imports
Recent data first, then up to 6 months of history.
Use it
Connect TikTok Shop ads
- Open Select a platform, or Connect ad account in the left menu.
- Pick the TikTok Shop row for ads and select Connect.
- Approve access on TikTok, then come back to Epsilo.
Add commerce access
Repeat the steps with the TikTok Shop row for commerce. On the Ad accounts page, the TikTok Shop card shows which access is set, for example “Ads connected • Commerce not set”.FAQ
