Find it in Automations, Alerts tab, New alert in the menu next to New script. Also Create an alert on Home and in Inbox. Last updated 9 Oct 2026.

Overview

An alert watches campaigns or ad objects and messages you when a condition is true. It changes nothing on the ad network. Use it when you want to decide yourself, but you do not want to keep checking.

How it works

1

Pick what it watches

Apply alert to sets the campaigns or ad objects.
2

Set the condition

Condition holds the rule, for example spend today above a value. An alert with no condition never fires.
3

Set the delivery

Action sets where the message goes and what it says.
4

Epsilo checks and tells you

New alerts check every 10 minutes and message you at most once a day, so a rule that stays true does not flood the channel.

Use it

Create an alert

  1. Open Automations, open the menu next to New script and select New alert. From Home or Inbox, select Create an alert.
  2. Give it a Name.
  3. In Apply alert to, pick the campaigns or ad objects.
  4. Add a Condition.
  5. In Action, pick Send via and the Recipients or destination.
  6. Select Save alert.

Choose where it goes

Send via offers Email, Slack, Google Chat and Lark. Connect the channel first in Connectors and apps. For Slack, pick a channel. For Email, pick people from your workspace.

Choose one message or many

Send sets One message per check, which groups every match into one message, or one message per campaign or ad object.

Write the message

Pick a Template, or write your own Subject and Message. Use Insert to add tokens such as the campaign name. Select Send a test to see it before you save.

Change how often it checks

In Schedule, Every sets the check interval and Run limit sets the cap: per day, per week or in total.
