Find it in Settings > Members for seats, and the credits meter in Console for AI credits. Last updated 9 Oct 2026.

Overview

Every Epsilo plan is paid, and the workspace owner handles billing. Inside the app you see three things: your paid seats, your AI credits, and a payment page if a payment fails. For plans and prices, see pricing.

How it works

1

Seats

Each member who joins can add a paid seat. The owner sees the count on Members.
2

AI credits

Console usage is measured in credits. The workspace gets a monthly allowance that resets on a set date.
3

Payments

If a payment fails, Epsilo pauses access and shows a page to pay the invoice. Your data stays.

Use it

Check your seats

The owner opens Settings > Members. The strip at the top shows Paid seats, Current members and Next billing period. Pending invitations and join requests are not counted as members. When you invite people, the Invite members dialog tells you how many paid seats they add before you send. See Invite members.

Check your AI credits

The credits meter in Console reads, for example, “53 of 300 credits”, with the date it resets. When the month’s credits run out, Console shows Monthly credits used up. The owner sees Buy credits; other members see Upgrade. To limit one member’s use, see Members and roles.

Pay a failed invoice

If a payment fails, Epsilo shows Payment needed to continue.
  1. Select Pay invoice. It opens a secure invoice page in a new tab.
  2. Pay, then come back. Epsilo checks for your payment automatically and opens the workspace once it clears, usually within a minute.
Select Update payment method to change the card for future charges. Only the owner can update the payment method. Owners and admins can pay the invoice.
