Find it in every table in Campaigns and Portfolio: the search and filter control, and the tab menu beside the tabs. Last updated 9 Oct 2026.

Overview

Every list in Campaigns and Portfolio works the same way. You narrow it with filters, order it with sort and group, read totals in the footer, and save the setup as a view so it opens the same way next time. Learn it once and it works on every tab.

How it works

1

Filter

Open search and filter to narrow by dimensions, status, health or metric conditions.
2

Order

Sort by one or more columns, and group rows by a dimension.
3

Read

The column header stays frozen as you scroll, and the footer analyzes each column.
4

Save

Select Save as view to keep the setup and reopen it in one click.

Use it

Search and filter

  1. Select the search and filter control.
  2. Type to search, or pick a filter such as Platform, Ad account, Ad tool, Market, Tag, Status or Health.
  3. Add metric conditions, for example ROAS, spend or live time.
  4. Each filter shows as a chip. Select a chip to change it, or Clear to remove filters.

Sort

Open Sort by in the tab menu and pick an order. You can also select a column header. Shift click another header to add a second level. Select Clear sort to go back.

Group

Open Group by and pick a dimension. In Campaigns you can group by Platform, Ad account, Ad tool, Market or Tag. Pick None to ungroup.

Choose columns

Open the tab menu and pick Metrics to add or remove metric columns. Use Add metric to add one more.

Switch the view

Many tabs offer more than one view, such as grid, list, table or calendar. Pick the view in the tab menu. Your filters stay when you switch.

Change density

Open Density and pick Comfortable, Medium or Compact. Compact fits more rows on screen.

Analyze a column

The footer under each number column reads Analyze. Select it and pick how to total the column, for example a sum or an average. Your pick resets after an hour.

Save a view

  1. Set the filters, sort, grouping and columns you want.
  2. Open the tab menu and select Save as view.
  3. Name the view.
To update a saved view after changes, select Save changes. To drop them, select Discard changes. Open Views to switch between saved views.

Pin a view

Pin a saved view to My workflow in the left menu, so it is one click away.
