Overview
Ad networks expire Epsilo’s access from time to time. When a connection is about to expire or has stopped working, Epsilo puts a row in your Inbox with a Renew button. Renew it and Epsilo keeps reading and operating that ad account. How it works
1
Epsilo watches each connection
Each ad account carries its connection status. An expiring one is tagged Token expiring.
2
Inbox tells you
A row names the ad account and says what is wrong.
3
You renew
Renew opens that network on Settings > Ad accounts, where you approve access again.
Use it
Renew a connection that is about to expire
- Open Inbox. Look for “(ad account) connection expires soon” with “Token expiring • Epsilo loses access when it does”.
- Select Renew.
- Approve access on the network again.
Fix a connection that stopped working
A row reads “(status) • writes fail until renewed”, for example “Reauth required”. Until you renew, changes from Epsilo to that ad account fail. Select Renew and approve access again.Reauthorize from the ad account
On an ad account that needs it, a banner shows its status with a Reauthorize button. It opens the same connect page.Finish a connection you started
If a connection never finished, Inbox shows “setup never finished” with Finish setup. Select it to pick up where you left off.FAQ
Why did a connection lapse?
Why did a connection lapse?
Networks set how long access lasts. Epsilo cannot extend it for you; renewing approves access again on the network.
