Overview

A workspace is your company’s space in Epsilo. Your ad accounts, your team and everything you save live in it. Creating one takes one screen: a name and a handle.

How it works

You sign in

Sign up with Google or your work email on the Epsilo sign-in page.

You pick a path

Create a new workspace, or join your team’s workspace if it already uses Epsilo.

You name it

Enter a name and a handle, then create it.

You connect an ad account

Epsilo takes you straight to Connect your first ad account.

Use it

Create a new workspace

  1. Go to one.epsilo.ai/signup and sign in. See Login methods.
  2. Select Create new workspace.
  3. On Create your workspace, enter a Workspace name, for example Acme Beauty.
  4. Enter a Workspace handle, for example acmebeauty. It is used in your workspace URL: lowercase letters and numbers only.
  5. Select Create workspace.
Both are editable later. Next you see Connect your first ad account. See Connect your first ad account.

Join your team’s workspace instead

  1. Sign in with your work email.
  2. Select Find my team’s workspace.
  3. Under Your invitations, select Join next to the workspace you were invited to. Or pick a workspace on your company domain and select Request to join.
A join request waits until an owner approves it. If you were invited by email, you can also open the link in the invitation.

Answer two questions on Home

Once you connect, Home asks What do you want to achieve? and then your role, one at a time. Your answers set the order of Home’s sections. You can skip them.

FAQ

Epsilo checks the handle as you type and says This handle is not available. Pick another one. It must be under 63 characters.
The message This workspace has reached its member limit. Ask the workspace owner to upgrade. means the workspace has no open seat. Ask its owner.
