Overview
Automations is where Epsilo does the repeat work for you: pause what stopped converting, change budget at set hours, warn you when a number crosses a line, and send reports on a cadence. Every automation watches a scope you pick, and every run lands in the log with what changed and why. Available on paid plans. See pricing. How it works
1
You pick what to make
Select New script, or open the menu next to it for New alert, New schedule, New artifact schedule or New distribution. You can also start from a template.
2
You set the scope and the rule
Choose the ad units in Apply rule to, then add a Condition, a Schedule and an Action.
3
You publish
A new automation is a draft until you select Publish. After that, edits are saved with Apply changes.
4
Epsilo runs it and logs it
Each run is recorded in the Log tab as Succeeded, Skipped or Failed.
The tabs
All, Schedules and Artifact schedules also have a calendar view, so you can see what lands on which day.
Use it
Start from a template
Open the menu next to the tab name and select Browse templates. Templates are grouped by goal and by level. See Recipes.Pause or resume an automation
Hover a row and select Pause or Resume. To change many at once, select the rows and use Pause or Resume in the selection bar.Find an automation
Use Search automations, or filter by Status, Type, Created by and Ad attribute. Status reads Active, Paused, Draft or Completed.Check what ran
Open the Log tab. Each row shows When, Outcome, Automation, Ad unit, Change, Why and Ad account. Switch the range between Today, 7 days and 30 days. Open a row’s menu and select Open automation to jump to the rule behind it.Avoid two scripts fighting
If a new script matches another script on the same ad units, Epsilo shows Review script conflicts before you save. Select Continue to save anyway or Cancel to change it. Execution order between matching scripts is not guaranteed.Delete an automation
Open the automation’s menu and select Delete. This cannot be undone.Ask Botep
