Overview
Shop Ads put your shop in front of shoppers who search for your brand or category on Shopee. You create the campaign in Epsilo, Epsilo creates the matching campaign in Shopee Seller Center, and you run it from the same tables as every other network. Before you start
- Check the shop wallet balance. A campaign stops when the balance reaches zero.
- Decide the budget and the run window. They set your maximum spend and when the campaign may run.
How it works
1
Open the create form
Go to Campaigns and select Create campaign.
2
Fill in General
Pick Platform (Shopee), Market, Ad account and Ad tool (Shop Ads). Enter a Name and the timeline.
3
Choose how ad objects are picked
In Ad object selection method, choose Manual to pick keywords and bids yourself, or Auto to let Shopee pick targeting.
4
Set the budget
Set the daily or total budget in Optimization.
5
Add the ad object and keywords
Add the ad object. Its name is the name shown in Seller Center. Add keywords from Epsilo’s suggestions or type your own. If you leave a bid empty, Epsilo applies the minimum bid.
6
Publish
Select Publish. Epsilo creates the campaign in Seller Center.
Epsilo supports one ad object per Shop Ads campaign.
Use it
Pause or resume
Open the campaign and change the status on the campaign or on the ad object. See Ad statuses.Raise visibility for a sale window
Add brand and category keywords, set a higher daily budget for the sale window, and add a schedule that raises the budget at the start and lowers it after.Control cost per click by keyword
Use Manual, add a short list of keywords that convert, and set a bid on each. Add a script that raises the bid when conversion rate is high and returns it to baseline when it drops. Example: if conversion rate today is 7% or more on a general keyword, raise the bid by 2% up to a cap you set.Launch with less to manage
Use Auto. You skip keywords and bids. Epsilo applies the minimum bid and Shopee picks targeting. Why a campaign stops
- The campaign budget is spent.
- The shop wallet balance reaches zero.
- The end date is reached.
- You, a schedule or a script paused it.
- A Shopee or Epsilo issue blocks delivery.

Check that the ad object has a name, that there is at least one keyword with a valid bid, and that no keyword is on Shopee’s restricted list. For Auto, do not set a placement type; Shopee sets it.
