Overview

Product GMV Max lets TikTok Shop pick the placements and creatives most likely to sell your products, toward a target you set. You choose the products and creatives, set the target, and can add a separate budget and target for promotion days.

How it works

Open the create form

Go to Campaigns and select Create campaign.

Fill in General

Pick Platform (TikTok Shop), Market, Ad account and Ad tool (Product GMV Max). Enter a Name, the timeline, and optionally a Brief and a Tag.

Pick products and creatives

Set Ad object selection method and Ad creative selection method to Manual or Auto. With Manual, pick products and creatives one by one or select all.

Set Optimization

Set the daily budget, Target metric and Target.

Add promotion days

Set Promotion days to Enable to run a different budget and target on sale days. Use TikTok Shop’s default timeline or set a custom one, then set Promotion days budget and Promotion days target.

Publish

Select Publish. The status changes to ongoing once the campaign is active.

Edit a running campaign

You can edit the daily budget and timeline of an ongoing or scheduled campaign from the campaign table.

Day-part the budget

Add a schedule for the campaign daily budget, status or timeline, for peak hours and promotion days.

FAQ

Epsilo pulls TikTok Shop campaigns that are ongoing or have results. A campaign paused right after creation, with no spend or impressions, is not pulled yet. Resume it, wait for the first results, then refresh. If it is still missing, send the campaign ID to support@epsilo.io.
Add Ad live time to the campaign or ad object table. A low value means it was paused, out of budget or out of stock for part of the day. Missed GMV estimates the cost.
Change the campaign status in the campaign table, or an ad object’s status in the ad object table.
