Overview
You own the number. Epsilo puts every network you sell on in one place, measures it against the plan you set, and lets your team act on it without waiting on you. This playbook covers the setup that makes that work, and the few minutes a week to keep it on course. How it works
1
Connect every network
Connect each ad account so the whole business sits in one book. See Networks.
2
Set the month's plan
In Portfolio, Targets, set the month’s budget and ads GMV target per ad account, then shape it by day so sale days carry more. Select Publish to apply it. See Shape a month.
3
Pick the view you lead with
In Home, choose the Plan or Steer role and the Monthly review cadence, so Home opens on pace against your plan. See Cadences and roles.
4
Bring in your team
Invite teammates and give each one the ad accounts they run. Your operators then work the daily read and the suggested changes.
5
Get the story sent to you
Schedule a weekly and a monthly artifact so the review comes to you. See Schedule a report.
Targets are available on paid plans. See pricing.
Use it
See pace against the plan
Read the Target section in Home, or ask Botep. See Pacing against targets.Delegate the routine
Let your team run the daily check and Apply now, and put the repeat fixes into automations. You review the result, not every change.Ask the question behind the number
Ask Botep in Console why a number moved. It answers across every network and ad account at once.Ask Botep
