Overview

An agency runs many brands across many markets with a small team. The job is to keep each client separate, give each person exactly the access they need, and send each client a report they trust. Epsilo does this with teams inside one workspace.

How it works

1

One team per client

In Workspace settings, Teams, select Create team for each client, or each client and market. Add that client’s ad accounts to the team. See Teamspaces.
2

Add the people

Invite teammates and add them to the teams they work on. Give each person access only to the ad accounts they run.
3

Set Home for the job

Account leads pick the Steer role; regional leads pick Orchestrate. Optimizers keep Optimize. See Cadences and roles.
4

Automate the routine per client

Build schedules and scripts per client, from templates, so every account gets the same care. See Automate your optimization.
5

Send each client their report

Build the client report once as an artifact and schedule it. See Schedule a report.
Teamspaces are available on paid plans. See pricing.

Use it

Start the day across clients

Run the daily check across every client first, then open the team that needs you. Pin the teams you work in most to the sidebar.

Keep client numbers apart

Work inside a team and every tab, from Apply now to Targets, shows only that client’s ad accounts. Ask Botep from inside the team and the answer stays in scope.

Present to a client

Open the client’s artifact and select Present to walk through it in the meeting. Share the link so they open live numbers, not a screenshot.
