Overview

The app tells you about two things: an answer that finished while you were away, and an ad account that finished connecting. While either is still running, a Live Activity shows its progress on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. One switch turns all of it on or off.

How it works

1

You start something

Ask Botep a question, or connect an ad account.
2

You leave the app

A Live Activity shows the progress on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
3

It finishes

You get a notification. Tap it to land on the answer or the ad account.

Notifications

Your answer is ready

When Console finishes an answer after you left the app, you get Your answer is ready with the first line of the answer. Tap it to open that conversation. These arrive quietly in Notification Center at first, without a sound or a banner, until you turn notifications fully on.

Ad account connected

When an ad account finishes connecting, you get a notification named after the account, for example “Shop name connected”. If several connect at once, they are grouped into one. If it fails, the title starts with Couldn’t connect. Tap it to open the ad account, or Ad accounts. This also covers a connection you started on another device.

Live Activities

Connecting an ad account

Shows Connecting with the account name, a percent and the step count, for example 2/5. When it finishes it reads Data will start flowing shortly. If the app has not heard back for a while it reads May still be running. Open Epsilo One to check. Tap it to open the ad account.

Answer in progress

Shows Working on it while Botep answers, then Answer ready, Couldn’t finish or Stopped. If the app could not confirm the result, it reads May have finished. Tap it to open Console.

Use it

Turn notifications on or off

Tap your avatar.

Switch Notifications

Under Account, turn Notifications on or off. This one switch covers answers and connections.
3

If you already answered the iOS permission prompt, the app shows Turn on notifications. Tap Open Settings and allow notifications for Epsilo One.
