Overview

The app and the web share one account, one workspace and the same data. Most daily jobs work on both. A few are built for the phone, and a few stay on the web, mostly setup and admin. When the app needs the web for something, it says so and links you there.

Shared on both

  • Console conversations, artifacts, stories and automations.
  • Portfolio, ad accounts, campaigns and targets.
  • Ad account connections, and apps under Connectors.
  • The metric list for ad account pages, which is also your Widget metrics list.
  • Members of the workspace.

Only in the app

  • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. See Widgets.
  • Live Activities and notifications for answers and connections. See Notifications and Live Activities.
  • Voice input in Console.
  • Working offline: the app opens on saved data and queues questions until you reconnect.
  • Haptics.

Only on the web

  • Billing and plans. The app has no payments or plan changes. Manage them at one.epsilo.ai.
  • Creating your account. Sign up on the web first, then sign in on iPhone.
  • Editing your profile. In the app, Profile shows Manage profile on web.
  • Custom formula conditions in automations. The app shows them as Custom formula, edit on web. You can still edit other conditions and actions in the app.
  • Metrics past the widget’s 8. They show on your ad account pages on the web.
  • Workspace administration, such as workspace settings, login methods and API tokens.

Changes that need a connection

Changes on the ad network, such as a budget or a campaign status, never run offline. The app shows them as unavailable while you are offline and you confirm them again once you reconnect. Every change asks you to confirm before it applies on the network.

Limits

  • iOS 18 or later, on iPhone and iPad.
  • English only.
  • No Android app. Use one.epsilo.ai in your browser.
