Ask Claude about your ad spend, ROAS and campaigns

Overview

Ask Claude about your retail media advertising: spend, ROAS, campaigns and marketplaces, answered from your own Epsilo data. The connector is read-only and only sees the ad accounts you can already see in Epsilo.

Epsilo connects your retail media advertising across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other networks into one dataset, and this connector lets Claude answer questions on it. It cannot change budgets, pause campaigns or edit anything, and every query is limited to the workspaces and ad accounts your Epsilo login can already see.

Configure

Your workspace needs Connect an AI agent turned on. If Claude shows "Connecting an AI agent is not enabled for your workspace yet", contact your Epsilo account manager.

Get started

  1. 01In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors. Find Epsilo in the directory, or choose Add custom connector.
  2. 02For a custom connector, enter the name Epsilo and the URL https://mcp.epsilo.ai/ads, then Add.
  3. 03Click Connect and sign in with your Epsilo account (Google, Microsoft, or email and password).
  4. 04Ask a question, for example: "Which of my ad accounts spent the most on ads in the last 7 days, and what was their ROAS?", "How do I schedule a daily budget change for a campaign in Epsilo?", "How is ROAS calculated in Epsilo?"

What it can and cannot do

Read-only, and limited to the ad accounts your Epsilo login can already see.

What it can do
Query your advertising performance, campaigns and ad objects across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other networks; explain metrics; walk you through Epsilo One.
What it cannot do
Change budgets, pause or edit campaigns, or see any workspace or ad account your Epsilo login cannot see.

Claude questions

What can Claude read through the connector?

The advertising data in the Epsilo workspaces and ad accounts your account can already access (performance metrics, campaigns, ad objects and their settings, metric definitions) and Epsilo product help content. It cannot change anything in your Epsilo account or in your marketplace ad accounts.

How is access granted, and for how long?

You sign in with your Epsilo account through OAuth. Claude receives an access token, valid for up to 12 months, limited to your account's existing permissions. Epsilo never receives the password or credentials of your Claude account.

How do I disconnect?

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Epsilo, then Disconnect.
