# Senses

> Build one flat table of your whole book, save it as a report and download it as CSV or XLSX.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Find it in** Portfolio, Senses. **Last updated** 9 Oct 2026.

## Overview

Senses is where you take your numbers out of Epsilo. You pick the rows, the metrics and the time window, and Senses builds one flat table across every ad account you can see. Save it as a report to run again, or download it.

Available on paid plans. See [pricing](https://epsilo.ai/pricing).

## How it works

**1. You build a report**

Select **Build report** and pick what each row is, which metrics to show and the window.

**2. The table updates as you go**

With the report form closed, every change you make to the breakdown, metrics, conditions, sort or window reruns the table.

**3. You save it**

Name the report and select **Create report**. It joins your report library.

**4. You take it out**

Open the report actions and select **Download**, then **CSV** or **XLSX**.

## Use it

### Build a report

1. Open **Portfolio**, then **Senses**.
2. Select **Build report**.
3. Under **Dimensions**, pick what each row is: **Market**, **Platform**, **Ad account**, **Ad tool**, **Campaign**, **Ad object**, **Ad placement**, **Creative**, **Product** or **Keyword**.
4. Under **Metrics**, pick the columns.
5. Add **Conditions** to keep only the rows you want, for example by metric.
6. Set the **Date range** and the **Time grain**: **Daily**, **Weekly** or **Monthly**.
7. Select **Create report**.

### Choose List or Trend

Under **Layout**:

* **List** is the flat table, one line per row per period. It is the default.
* **Trend** puts the periods side by side as columns, so you can read change over time.

### Add benchmarks to a Trend

With **Trend** picked, a **Benchmark** row appears. Add any of **Total**, **Growth**, **Avg per period**, **Avg daily**, **Avg BAU day**, **Avg Double Day** and **Peak day**. Day based benchmarks need a daily read; if the window is too long, the option tells you to shorten it.

### Download

Open the report actions and select **Download**, then **CSV** or **XLSX**. If the file would be too large, the option is turned off. Shorten the window or narrow the rows.

### Reuse a report

Open a report from the library to run it again. After you change it, select **Save changes** or **Discard changes**.

## Ask Botep

```text theme={"system"}
Build me a monthly Ads spend and Ads GMV table by ad account for this quarter.
```

```text theme={"system"}
Compare average BAU day and average double day ROAS by platform for the last three months.
```

## FAQ

> [accordion] Why is Download turned off?
>
> The file would pass the size limit. Shorten the date range, pick a coarser time grain, or add conditions to cut rows.

> [accordion] Where did my report go?
>
> Saved reports are in the Senses library. If the library says **No reports yet**, build one with **Build report**.
