# More tools on iPhone

> Use Portfolio, Automations, Artifacts, Stories and Creatives from iPhone and iPad.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Find it in** the side menu, **More tools**. **Last updated** 9 Oct 2026.

## Overview

Beyond Console, the app carries the surfaces you check and act on most. Open **More tools** from the side menu to see them all, and pin the ones you use so they stay in the menu. Everything here is the same data as on the web.

## How it works

**1. Open More tools**

Open the side menu and tap **More tools**.

**2. Pick a tool**

Tap a row to open it: **Creatives**, **Portfolio**, **Automations**, **Artifacts** or **Stories**.

**3. Pin what you use**

Use the pin toggle on a row to keep it in the side menu. All tools are pinned when you first install.

## Portfolio

Ad account performance across platforms. Tabs: **Apply now**, **Stories**, **Ad accounts**, **Platforms**, **Companies** and **Targets**.

### Change the date range

Open the date control and pick from **Quick access**, set a **Custom range**, or turn on **Compare** against an earlier period.

### Act on one ad account

Open the menu on an ad account and tap **Open ad account** or **Target settings**. On an ad account's campaigns, select campaigns and tap **Edit status** or **Edit budget**. Each change asks you to confirm, then applies on the ad network.

### Apply suggested changes

On **Apply now**, review the suggested changes. Tap **Select all** or pick rows, then tap **Apply** and confirm. If you have view access only, the tab shows **View only**.

### Shape a month of targets

In **Target settings**, set the month's budget and Ads GMV and shape it by day. Use **Sculpt**, **+10%** or **-10%** on selected days, and **Reconcile** to match the month total. Tap **Watch it** to ask Console to keep an eye on pacing.

## Automations

Rules, schedules and pulses.

* Open an automation to see its **When** and **Then**.
* Edit it: **Add condition**, **Add action**, set **Email on failure**, then **Save changes**.
* Tap **Activate** to start it, or **Pause** and **Resume**.
* **End automation** stops it for good. This cannot be undone from the app.

Conditions built with a custom formula show as **Custom formula, edit on web**. Edit those at one.epsilo.ai.

## Artifacts

Saved answers your team operates from. Open an artifact for its menu:

* **Save Pulse** to keep it, **Rename**, **Refresh data**, **Export PDF**.
* **Schedule** to send it **Once**, **Daily**, **Weekly** or **Monthly** to email or an app you connected under **Connectors**, such as Slack. The report is generated fresh on every send.
* **Versions** to see earlier versions and **Revert** to one.
* **Chart palette** to change its colors.

## Stories

Decks that group artifacts. Tap **New story**, then add artifacts in the order you want their tabs. Swipe through the deck to present. **Delete story** removes the deck and keeps the artifacts.

## Creatives

Every ad creative as a feed. Creatives is in beta: turn it on or off in the account sheet, **Beta**.

* Scroll the feed of creatives with their metrics, such as **Video retention**.
* Tap **Filters** to narrow the feed, then **Apply filters**.
* **Save current filters as a view** to reopen it later from **My workflow**.

## FAQ

> [accordion] Can I change a budget while offline?
>
> No. Changes on the ad network need a connection. The app shows them as unavailable and asks you to confirm again once you reconnect.

> [accordion] Are changes I make in the app visible on the web?
>
> Yes. Portfolio, automations, artifacts and stories are the same workspace data on both.
