# Getting support

> Ask for help, book a call or send feedback from inside Epsilo.

## Overview

Help lives in one menu at the bottom of the left menu. Use it to learn a screen, ask our team a question, book a call or send feedback. You can also email [support@epsilo.io](mailto:support@epsilo.io).

## How it works

**1. Learn**

**Getting started**, **Onboard me** and **Product tours** walk you through the product.

**2. Ask**

**Ask** opens a help chat on the right. Pick a topic and our team replies there.

**3. Reach us**

**Support** has **Contact us**, **Feature request**, **Feedback** and **Docs**.

## Use it

### Ask our team

1. Open the help menu and select **Ask**.
2. Pick a topic, such as **Campaigns & ads**, **Data & reporting**, **Billing & plan** or **Account & access**, or type your question.
3. Replies from Epsilo Support appear in the same panel.

### Book a call

Open the help menu, then **Support** > **Contact us**, and pick a time.

### Request a feature or send feedback

Under **Support**, select **Feature request** to suggest something new, or **Feedback** to tell us how a screen works for you.

### Learn a screen

Select **Show me how** for a tour of the page you are on, or **Product tours** to pick one by name.
