# Data exporting

> Download your performance data as CSV or Excel, and export artifacts as PDF.

## Overview

**Senses** is the flat, downloadable table of your performance data. Pick the window, metrics and ad accounts, then download exactly that table. You can only export data you have access to.

## How it works

**1. You shape the table**

Choose the time window, metrics and ad accounts in Senses.

**2. Epsilo checks the size**

A download can hold up to 10,000 rows and 100,000 data points. Epsilo checks before it starts, so you never get a partial file.

**3. You get the file**

**Download** gives you a CSV. Open the menu to pick **Excel** instead.

## Use it

### Download from Senses

1. Press Cmd K, open **Portfolio**, then the **Senses** tab.
2. Set the window, metrics and ad accounts.
3. Select **Download** for a CSV, or open the menu and pick **CSV** or **Excel**.

While the file builds, the button shows its progress.

### Get from a list to Senses

On other Portfolio tabs, select **Get data** in the menu to open Senses with the same scope.

### Export an artifact

Open the artifact and select **Export as PDF**.
