# Operations jobs

> Operations in Console: see it, then change it. What each job gives you and what it reads.

## Overview

See what needs a change, then change it across ad accounts from one board. The pill reads "See it, then change it".

## How it works

**1. Open the pill**

In Console, hover or select **Operations** under the composer. The first five jobs show.

**2. Read the prompt**

Hover a job. Its full prompt appears in the composer, so you see what Botep will run.

**3. Run it**

Select the job. Botep runs the prompt on your data and answers in Console.

**4. See the rest**

Select **See more** for the other jobs in this pill.

## Use it

### Budget control

**You get:** live board: shift budget, set caps, apply in place.

### Bid control

**You get:** current versus recommended bid, adjust and apply.

Needs a connected ad account. Reads 30 days of spend.

### Status control

**You get:** pause, resume, activate across ad accounts from one board.

### Bulk edits

**You get:** filter, preview, apply, audit-log.

Needs a connected ad account.

### Standing rules

**You get:** guards that act without you, with a dry-run first.

### Approval queue

**You get:** proposed changes waiting on one decision each.

### Rollback last change

**You get:** change log with a revert button per entry.

### Scheduled surge

**You get:** a budget ramp queued against the calendar.

Needs a connected ad account. Listed under **See more**.

### Negative keyword push

**You get:** wasteful terms found, reviewed, pushed in bulk.

### Creative rotation

**You get:** a rotation queued against fatigue signals.

Needs a connected ad account. Reads creative performance. Listed under **See more**.
