# Attach context

> Add files, screenshots and connected apps to a Console question so Botep answers with them in mind.

## Overview

Some questions need more than your ad account data: a media plan in a PDF, a screenshot from a network's seller center, last night's CSV export. Attach it to the question and Botep reads it with your next message.

## How it works

**1. Add the file**

Select **+** in the composer, then **Add files & photos**. You can also paste an image or drop a file onto the composer.

**2. Check the chip**

The file shows as a chip above the composer. Remove it with its **x** if you picked the wrong one.

**3. Ask**

Type the question and send. Botep reads the attachment as part of that message.

## What you can attach

| Type | Formats | Limit |
| - | - | - |
| Images | PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF | 10 MB each |
| PDFs | PDF | 25 MB each |
| Text and data files | CSV, TSV, TXT, MD, JSON, XML, YAML, SQL, HTML, LOG and similar text files | Read up to 100,000 characters; longer files are cut, and Botep is told |

Other file types attach by name only. Botep sees the file name, not its content.

## Use it

### Ask about a screenshot

Paste the screenshot into the composer and ask, for example "Why does this campaign show a different budget in Epsilo?".

### Check a plan against live data

Attach the plan as a PDF or CSV and ask Botep to compare it with what your ad accounts actually spent.

### Use a connected app

Select **+**, then **Connectors**. The list shows the apps your workspace has turned on in Workspace settings, each with a toggle for whether Botep may read its context. Select **Add connector** or **Manage connectors** to change the list. See [Connectors and apps](https://epsilo.ai/docs/connect/connectors-and-apps.md).
