# Ad accounts

> See every ad network you can connect, connect more ad accounts and check what is connected.

## Overview

An ad account is one connected account on an ad network, such as a Shopee shop, a TikTok Ads advertiser or a ChatGPT Ads account. The **Ad accounts** page in Settings lists every network Epsilo supports and shows which ones you have connected. Each network card tells you how you can connect it today.

## How it works

**1. Each network shows its state**

**Connect now** means you can connect it yourself. **Notify me** means it is not available yet. **Talk to us** means our team connects it with you.

**2. You connect**

You sign in on the network, or paste a key for ChatGPT Ads. The connection runs in the background.

**3. It moves to Connected**

Connected networks appear at the top of the page, with the account and when it connected.

## Use it

### Connect another ad account

1. Open the workspace menu at the top of the left menu, select **Settings**, then **Ad accounts**.
2. Find the network. Use **Search ad accounts** to filter the list.
3. Select **Connect now** and approve access on the network.

### Open a network's page

On a connected card, select **View details**. The page shows the network and a **Connect another account** button.

### Ask to be told when a network is ready

On a card that shows **Notify me**, select it. Add an optional note and select **Notify me**. Epsilo emails you when that network is ready.

### Connect with our team

On a card that shows **Talk to us**, select it to book a time with our team.

### Control who can see and operate each ad account

Owners set this in **Settings** > **Access**. See [Members and roles](https://epsilo.ai/docs/admin/members-and-roles.md).
