# Billing and plans

> How Epsilo One bills your workspace, and where to manage plans, seats, credits, trials, and payments.

Epsilo One is priced per workspace. Your bill is the sum of a few independent pricing factors, each invoiced separately so you can see exactly what you pay for. This page is the overview. Use the linked articles for the detail on each factor.

  Billing is visible to the workspace **owner** and **finance admin** only. If you cannot see the Billing section, ask your workspace owner to grant the finance role.

## The four pricing factors

## How billing works

* **You're billed upfront.** The plan fee and included seats are charged at the start of each billing period.
* **Changes that raise your bill take effect immediately.** Extra seats and plan upgrades apply the day you make them.
* **Changes that lower your bill take effect next period.** Removing seats or downgrading applies at the start of the next cycle. No mid-cycle refund.
* **Each factor is a separate invoice.** Plan fee, seats, credits, and ad spend are billed and shown independently.
* **All prices are USD and exclude taxes.** Taxes are added at checkout based on your billing country.
