# Stories

> Group several artifacts into one story your team can page through.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Find it in** the left menu, Stories. **Last updated** 9 Oct 2026.

Available on paid plans. See [pricing](https://epsilo.ai/pricing).

## Overview

A story puts several artifacts in one place, in the order you choose, so a review reads as one deck. Each artifact keeps its live data. Deleting a story never deletes the artifacts inside it.

## How it works

**1. Create the story**

Open **Stories** and select **New story**.

**2. Pick the artifacts**

Name the story and pick a few artifacts. They tab in the order you choose.

**3. Page through it**

Move between artifacts with the arrows, or drag them to reorder.

## Use it

### Add or remove an artifact

On the story page, select **Add artifact**. To take one out, open its menu and select **Remove from story**.

### Share a story

Select **Share** and choose **Private** or **Anyone in workspace**. Select **Copy link** to send it.

### Pin a story

Select **Pin to my workflow** to keep it in your sidebar.

### Delete a story

Open the story's menu and select **Delete story**. The artifacts inside it are unaffected.

## FAQ

> [accordion] Can I send a story on a schedule?
>
> Schedules send one artifact at a time. Select **Schedule a report** on the Stories page to set one up. See [Schedule a report](https://epsilo.ai/docs/artifacts/schedule-a-report.md).
