# Present and share

> Share an artifact with your workspace, send its link, present it full screen or export it as a PDF.

## Overview

An artifact is private until you share it. Share it with your workspace and teammates open the live version, not a screenshot. Present it full screen in a meeting, or export a PDF when someone needs a file.

## How it works

**1. Set who can open it**

In the artifact's menu, open **Share** and pick the access level.

**2. Send the link**

Select **Copy link** or **Share via email**.

**3. Teammates open it live**

The link opens the artifact in Epsilo on current data, with the access you set.

## Use it

### Share with your workspace

Open the artifact's menu, select **Share** and pick one:

* **Private**: only you can open it.
* **Teammates can view**: everyone in the workspace can view it.
* **Teammates can edit**: everyone in the workspace can edit it.

Only the artifact's owner can change sharing.

### Send the link

Select **Copy link** to paste it anywhere, or **Share via email** to open your mail app with the link in it.

### Present it

Select **Present** to show the artifact full screen, one section at a time.

* Use the arrow keys or **Next section** and **Previous section** to move.
* Press O for **Section overview**.
* Press B for a black screen, and again to resume.
* Press Esc to **Exit**.

### Read without distractions

Select **Reader view** for a clean reading layout. Select **Exit reader** or press Esc to go back.

### Export a PDF

Select **Export as PDF** to download a file of the artifact as it is now.

### Go back to an earlier version

Open **Version history** to see every saved version. Select one to view it, then **Restore this version** to bring it back. Only the owner can restore.
