# Invite members

> Invite teammates by email and choose their role before they join.

## Overview

Owners and admins invite people by email. Each invitee gets a link, signs in with the invited address and lands in your workspace with the role you chose. Adding members is a billable action.

## How it works

**1. You send the invite**

Enter one or more emails and pick a role.

**2. They accept**

They open the link in the email, sign in or create an account, and select **Accept invite**.

**3. They are in**

They appear under **Members** with their role. Allocate ad accounts to them in **Access**.

## Use it

### Invite by email

1. Open **Settings** > **Members** and select **Add members**.
2. In **Invite members**, type or paste emails under **Email addresses**, separated by commas.
3. Pick a **Role**: **Member**, **Admin** or **Owner**. **Member** is the default.
4. Select **Send invite**.

Before you send, the dialog shows how the new members affect your paid seats.

### Revoke a pending invitation

Pending invitations show in the members list with an **Invited** badge. Select **Revoke** and confirm. Their invite link stops working immediately. You can invite them again at any time.

### Give the new member ad accounts

After they join, open **Settings** > **Access** and allocate ad accounts to them. See [Members and roles](https://epsilo.ai/docs/admin/members-and-roles.md).
